Cape Cod Focus: What IS there for a Young Person to do on Cape Cod during the winter?

I think this is the fundamental issue to address when trying to attract and retain young persons to the Cape. There are young people on Cape already, but (at least in my town -- Falmouth) there is no central place to congregate. For instance, if I wanted to go to a coffee shop with friends, I'd better do so before 6 pm, because that's when they close.
If I had unlimited time and money, I would make an arts co-op in Falmouth that would provide a place for young folks to get creative. It would have band practice rooms, art studios, a bike coop, a venue for shows and events, and it would be centrally located so that anyone in the greater Falmouth "downtown" area could get to it by bicycle.

More on-topic with this post, it'd be cool if this events calendar could synch with the events calendar on capecodsters. No reason to duplicate efforts.
